Initial review
Initial responses are feasibility and next-step reviews, not final design contracts or manufacturing commitments. Scope, cost, IP assignment and file ownership should be confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Prototypes and production
Prototype and production outcomes depend on confirmed specifications, supplier process, materials, tolerances, testing and revision cycles.
Compliance
Buyers are responsible for confirming legal, safety, labeling, import and certification requirements in the target market. Qualified labs or counsel should be used where required.
